Walked in and we ordered 3 things. Mongolian beef, Vietnamese spring rolls and a Vietnamese roll. We got the Mongolian beef and spring rolls quite promptly which was a great sign. My partner waited to eat their Mongolian beef to be polite and not start without me but after 15 minutes of waiting things were starting to get A bit ridiculous. The waiter continues to tell us 2 more minutes. We had a strict time frame that we needed to leave by and we thought leaving 1 hour would be substantial time considering it was a relatively quiet day. We ended up having to say that we would need the bun as takeaway and it continued to be another 10 minutes after that we got it. 1 hour and 5 minutes after we ordered we finally got the bun. Which wasnt even worth the wait…..wont be going back to test it though.
Weve walked past this Asian Institution for years now, and finally had an early dinner with the two kids.Service was quick and efficient.We had the Pho Bo, Vego spring rolls and tofu vege stir fry.The spring rolls and tofu stir fry were good and basic ( we had two small kids after all). The Beef Pho was also good and tasty, with paper thin slices of beef and a well balanced soup.I would have liked a dish of bean sprouts and chilli on the side to help balance the soup to my taste though.The kids even tucked in to my leftover Pho.It was a good dining experience, with tasty, authentic food and good prices.The service was really good and Id applaud the staff.
