Visit this place if you want to wait forever for your food. I ordered 2 items from the window and asked for an extra hash brown that needed to be cooked. It took 20 mins to get my order back with no apology for the delay. Lunchtimes are no better. Had to wait 15 mins cos they needed to cook the gravy for the chips but didn’t tell us that until we asked why it was taking so long. A joke!! Colleagues say service has gotten better than it was previously which I find hard to believe.
Breakfast catering for 300. Was wonderful, everyone commented on how great the food was. It arrived on time, with a smile and was enjoyed by all. The yogurt was a real hit!
Value for money. West End Park Cafe is value for money and has a great range of food. They have started doing these combo meals so its a lot more affordable. Its not a fine dining place but the food is of high quality and the coffees are the best.

Diana. Had a coupon deal for b/f, luckily because I found the food to be bland & boring & what really upset me was the coffee. If I don’t have a good coffee to start thats basically it for me. The only good thing about this place is that its pet friendly outside
Friday Staff Brekfast. Staff breakfast for 8. Food came out before coffee. No toast with some meals, had to ask for it to be brought. Breakfast bland but edible. Milk burnt in coffee. Service in disarray.
