We love the food here the coconut rice is amazing and they are really quick when you pre order. Only thing is once or twice our curries have tasted a little different but most of the time they are amazing
Great tasting food. We are regulars at this little gem in Westlake/Middle Park area. The food is fresh, very tasty and reasonably priced. Cute little establishment nice decor and clean.
We usually get takeaway – a curry of some variation and a chicken pad Thai. Fresh ingredients and decent serving sizes.
10 Mar, 2015New Owners – quality is down. OK, I can tell you my opinion of this restaurant from the days it began, with the original owners. In the humble beginnings, the young couple were friendly, personal and the food was excellent. Then they got busier and the food got more oily, and the service (time) was longer. Now – there are new owners, and the food (to us) is not even authentic. We’ve given them 2 goes, the first – was OK – avoid the prawn rolls, as it’s rice paper and only the Vietnamese know how to roll Rice Paper rolls properly.Today we ordered Pad Thai – my wife said it was the worst Pad Thai she’s had. It was TOO SWEET and TOO WET.The Salad was soggy and the noodles were overcooked. Their saving grace – the Tom Yum Soup was decent.Overall, the new owners may be from a different Thai province where the cuisine are different – but we won’t be back for a long time.
Second time and as great as the last!. The misses and I had been here once before with family and it was perfect. Returned some 6 months later and its the exact same.Perfect food.Perfect service.Genuine hospitality and worth every cent.
Overpriced and low quality. We ordered a red curry chicken dish, it had hardly any chicken in it and far too runny. My partner had pad Thai and said it was average. We also had 2 special rice dishes which were average. I was horrified to be charged $70 just for these dishes, the rice was incredibly expensive compared to other restaurants. The next time I went back I just ordered an entree for a light snack and was disappointed, the fish cake was rubbery as if it had been reheated in a microwave and the rest was average. I don’t think we will be going back, they need to make the dishes fresher, more generous with the meat in the curries and reduce the prices.
UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT ..There service is awesome.lovely couple have bought from old owners and they have revitalized the menu with traditional thai food.Decor is fantastic and is very modern.Highly Recommended for lunch or dinner.
