  Explored this caf because I was attracted by the dish of Salmon Fish cake when I read its menu information. Arrived punctually on 6:30am this morning and the sign of Campos coffee made me excited. Ordered at the counter as followed their system then took a seat indoor. Service was very friendly. The first thing to the table was the flat white with a nice Campos cup. First sip made me disappointed that the strength wasslightly down from my expectation. Another five minutes later, the savoury dish came, presentation looked gorgeous although I found the fish cakes look like big crumbed fish balls. I could not wait to taste the fish cakes, which was crumbed perfectly withcrunchy batter, however, the proportion of potatoes and salmon inside was just far out that I hardly tasted any fish there. That made the fish ball bland and I had to put more pepper & salt to make it more tasteful. I advise the chefto think about re-constructing the composition of the ingredients for that fish cake dish. There are rooms to be improved.

  Great portions (Big Brekky was certainly big) and food was damn tasty. Thick shake was insanely thick, didn’t even manage to finish it all! Only minor gripes were my lady’s hazelnut hotchoccy seemed to lack hazelnut, and my drink came out after my food which was odd.Aside from that, will be back for more!

  Not very good service, lousy food and they have a ridiculous menu change fee. I’ve been here twice because someone else convinced me to try again but still was unimpressed but it was always seems busy so good for them.

  Krave Cafe runs like clockwork, fueling locals with strong Campos coffee and delicious gourmet treats. The service here is great. You can have your takeaway coffee ordered before you reach the register to get the caffeine hit quicker. Regardless of how busy the cafe is, your food is served promptly. Every item on the breakfast menu is a winner. Praise needs to be given to the consistently perfect poached eggs and spot on thick toast.

  Crap customer service, vegan menu item came with eggs, coffee was average, potato rosti tasted like KFC potato mash that had been deep fried, food came out cold and wasn’t very flavoursome. Super rude staff. Not coming back.

  Best service ever. Last weekend I was with friends, and we wanted to stay and watch some other friends hockey game rather than going to a cafe for breakfast. I called Krave Cafe to ask if they did take-away, and what followed was some of the best customer service I have ever received. The person who answered the phone wasn’t at work, but called the cafe to find out wait times, then called me back to say I could text him the order and he’d call it in to the cafe. He also sent me a copy of the menu, and after I’d ordered, a picture of the bill. Amazing! The food was ready when we got there, and was absolutely delicious. I had the bacon and eggs with the sourdough and I think the others were jealous of the bread. The avocado in the others meals looked amazing and the coffee was pretty good. I will recommend this to all of my friends, I was very happy!

  We noticed this place on a recent visit to coast & thought we would give it a whirl for breakfast. The coffee is campos but needs more strength. Still enjoyable though as it was creamy smooth. The food was generous- my fritters came with two poached eggs & smoked salmon. The fritters were delicious soft on the inside with a nice crunchy coating. I was so full had to give lucky pooch the poached eggs! Nice sweet selection in the cabinet & was good service
