Thanks to Ronnielui another great find for me which I didn’t know existed & it is actually just down the road! Couldn’t fault the coffee here in this relatively new kid on the block. Drove past a couple of times before actually realizing it was a coffee shop, then I noticed a hessian bag sitting outside & thought has to be it a real coffee roaster (complete with real beans roasted on the spot) Thy friendly barista made me a perfect flat white, all the flavors were spot on & were left on my tongue all afternoon which made me very happy. Even the take away container couldn’t take away the tones & aromas.
Visited this new born baby located at the corner of the Wellington Street and Trafalgar Street @ Woolloongabba. Exterior was set in a low profile style but it provides a high ceiling interior with relaxing vibe. Love the passion from the staff, which reflects their serious attitude towards serving high standard coffee to the local. Not feeling hungry, so just order my flat white and a croissant with butter (no jam because not on the menu). Honestly, the Croissant was just average but still flaky even though it was slight cold. Having said that the coffee gained lots of marks back. Looked at my flat white and it told me how serious this cafe doing their coffee business. Absolutely no regret on such nice prepared coffee by the barista. It provides deep level of flavour and strength; smooth with kick-back effect. Thank you. Your coffee makes my day.
