Mediocre pub fare at somewhat higher prices than you might expect. Schnitzel was nice but the coleslaw was sloppy and had no zest, just heavy cream flavour. The salmon was the better choice. Despite the food and prices, its still a great place for families because of the excellent playground and toys – we still had a great afternoon

Had lunch with a friend on Tuesday, 21 March. Place was not busy but service was quite slow, both with food and drinks. When it finally arrived, eye fillet was cooked almost to well done, despite being ordered as medium rare. I’ve eaten here many times before and normally enjoyed it but my friend and I agreed that this time was very average.
