Beautiful little Melbournesque cafe in the hub of the Gabba precinct across from the Cricket Grounds and Gabba bus station, this is a great place for a light breakky, healthy lunch or in between snack. My sister and I had the salmon cakes with chickpea and pumpkin salad for lunch. It was so tasty and the salad was very fresh. What was even more fresh was the salmon cake – full of fresh salmon, warm mash potato (real potato) and dill and were lightly seasoned in the crumb. I make them well but these were delicious. Friendly efficient staff and the coffee was even very nice which you can’t always boast about – usually it’s either the food or the coffee that is good, not always both! Plenty of street parking this is a cool little place to check out.
