How do you rate a shop that is just plain and simply an old fashioned, suburban takeaway. Really highly. Nothing fancy, great burgers and fish n chips. I ordered online and when I arrived there was about 15 people waiting, when I left with my order there was still around 15 people waiting. All local, line moved fast and the service was great.
These guys used to have the best, and I mean THE BEST chips ever. I have no idea what happened? I stopped coming because the chips were no longer the same crunchy bright yellow ones I used to get. If they bring those chips back I would be over the moon. Also, their deep friend milky bars are to die for.
Pretty standard fish and chip shop food, cooked really well. Great calamari and really good crispy chips. The guy at the counter was excellent and the food came out quickly. We’ll definitely be back.
