Very disappointing service at this cafe, ordered a toasted sandwich today and waited some 20 minutes before i approached one of the employees only to find the toasted sandwich still in the toasted and burnt black, had to wait another 15 minutes and received a toastie that was not what i ordered. There was a faint apology but with no sincerity. Do not go to this cafe very poor all round including poor service and over priced food.

This place use to be good but in the last six months it has really gone down hill. The quality of the food and the service is bad. So disappointing
Wasn’t expecting much and it fell well short. Dirty cups, a pepper steak pie that amazingly became a chicken pie between ordering and service, which wasn’t even heated properly (microwaves can’t be THAT hard to use), and a forgotten coffee order to round it out. Looks pretty, but won’t be back.
