Great combination noodle soup. A good Chinese takeaway, has had a well deserved renovation of the shopfront. It’s a takeaway only, and the servings are a good size. Try the steamed dim sims.
I was very disappointed with the Honey Chicken. It was soggy an inedible. Sadly, I was already at home and wasn’t interested in driving back for a new dish. Service is friendly though.
Terrible lemon chicken. Lemon. Hickenlooper was battered chicken and a single slice of lemon. No flavor, no lemon sauce. Plain chicken and a slice of lemon.Worst the friend rice. Plain rice with a few bits of ham and peas. Even worse than that the order was $23. Terrible food terrible prices. Avoid!
No Shanghai steak / rainbow beef / crispy steak in nice plum chilli sauce???? Disappointing. Would be good if added to menu. Would be a regular if they did this well.
Keep looking. I wasnt very impressed . I orded the honey chicken which was more batter than chicken.Alot more batter and chicken. It wasnt crip but rubbery and soft. I also got the chicken chow mein which to be honest was passable although alittle on the salty side.The service was fast and efficient and the price were in range with order takeaways.
Never had a bad dish. I have eaten Panda takeaway (note this is takeaway only, not eat-in) for years and love it.I especially like the squid in garlic sauce and BBQ pork in plum sauce. Both of these dishes do, however, have LOTS of onion, so if you are not an onion fan, these probably aren’t dishes for you.I also like the lemon chicken, which is basically chicken breasts battered and deep-fried, with a container of lemon sauce. The batter can be rather thick.Orders over a certain amount, maybe $50, seem to get a free bag of prawn chips too 🙂
Sorry to say the food here is terrible. The calamari was so over cooked I could hear my husband trying to chew it. That dish went straight in the bin. The rest of the food was ordinary at best. There are much better options elsewhere.
