Well, definitely an experience. Orange Namco chairs and vinyl tablecloths. Had the $18 smorgasbord including dessert. Service is Basil Fawlty style, when you ask for a menu you have to use hand gestures. But my belly is full, and it is Wynnum.
The whole thing is an escapee from the 1970’s. The menu still has a 7-digit phone number and they still accept Bankcard. The decor is also very 70’s and I’d say so was the food and the oil they cooked the food in. We had the shandy at 415 and the whole lot came back up at 445. Nuff said?Don’t go. Ever!
Worst meal ever… Special fried rice is literally rice with 2-3 pees in it, with a prawn and chicken and beef strips just thrown on top..And the soup I asked for some chilli and no prawns.. So I guess that meant throw in ever chilli they have in the kitchen making it inedible.. I like hot but not so hot you can’t eat it, I girlfriend dipped one finger in it and tried it and almost brought her to tears. And the chicken in the cashew chicken was crunchy, like raw crunchy, so can’t eat it out of fear of the runs.If I could give it a zero I would.
