I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. We’ve been eating here since it opened and have never had a bad meal. Perhaps people have too many different expectations of what Thai should be.
Love it! Albeit on the fringe of Wynnum in some regard there is plenty of parking, and the service is fantastic. The food is well priced and always perfect. The atmosphere to dine in is quaint and very comfortable but equally given it’s location it’s a breeze to grab takeaway from on the way home. We really love this as our quiet ‘date night’ local.
Went here for a friends birthday. Service was abysmal. They didn’t have our table ready, so hurriedly shoved us in the corner. And then proceeded to ignore us for half an hour. We had to get up and ask for water, and then get up again to see if we could order. Two other groups came in after us, and the were given water immediately, and had their order taken in a timely manner. The food was below average. Tasted like supermarket curry paste. Would never go back.
Admittedly, can be a hit & miss affair. Standard Thai food have had good & bad here. Cannot go wrong with the vegetarian stir fries though, which is what I usually order. Never had a problem with service
Ordered a takeaway dinner from this place. Very disappointed. We ordered the chefs choice chilli fish which was battered and fried fish in a sweet chilli sauce with capsicum and other veggies. The fish tasted too dry.
