From what I’m told an ‘icon’ of Wynnum- that old school bakery that’s always been there and I can see why. Good pastries and cakes without being trendy, it is after all your Main Street old school takeaway bakery.
Yay! I finally found a bakery that sells good old meat pies. The last time I remember eating pies this good was in 2001. Beautiful double layered crispy airy pastry for the lid, soft pastry cup but not too soft and delicious fine meat chunks with thick gravy. Perfect! Just the way i remember a great pie! Good price too. 🙂 enjoy
Perretts Pies have the best staff, service and the best pies and cakes in Wynnum- I would even argue the best pie and cake shop in Australia! The American hotdog for me is a winner. Have alway been a loyal customer 🙂
