Met a friend at the Yarrabilba this morning. Prior to the time of meeting, I felt hungry so went to this bakery as I remember Diana did give a good review for it. As the rule of thumb, this bakery is running by Vietnamese family so it is not surprised to have Vietnamese Pork Roll as one of the items that they serve. Ordered the pork roll and the friendly lady freshly prepared that for me including reheat the roll in the oven. No wonder the texture of the roll is so crispy outside and soft inside. In addition, the sourness of the picked carrot is just perfectly matched with the generous portion of the pork slices. It is not a bad roll at all!
