Pub with decent pub food and a lively and cozy ambience. My friend wanted to go here specifically for the chicken schnitzel which did admittedly look different from others I’ve seen; somehow more serrated and heavily breaded than usual. I personally found it a bit plain but that’s really the worst I can say about it. Like the burger I had, both were perfectly adequate.

Well!! It’s just Awesome…. Love it21 Mar, 2015I have been a avid client of the Arab Steed, for over 9 years, and I have to say, it’s a great warm family atmosphere, never had a bad meal or a bad word to say to about anyone or anything.As far as the staff go, I just love the attention for all aspects, and you just have to love a good bar person with a quirky sence of humour.You need to come and check this place out….. It’s just awesome!!!!!Craig

I’m local and this is the second time I have been here in the past week and I would have come back if it weren’t for the (Complete lack of) nice service I just (Did not) receive. The old blonde bag behind the bar (Aparently its the owner’s sister), has a serious attitude problem. I was stunned at her horrendous attitude when god forbid, I ask for some tartare sauce for my $20 fish and chips. I also detected her bad attitude when I was paying??? I brought my perfectly behaved 5yo for a little lunch date and she ruined it for us and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. The fish and chips were nice and I would have met friends here again. Now, I will definitely not return. Neither will my friends when I share my bad experience with them. This woman should not front your bar Mr. Owner. She’s losing you business!
Food took way too long. My food took way too long to come out I don’t like the feel of this place
Not Brill. Its was ok to try once, but wont again.. the food was ok. nothing to shout about. the barstaff could be a little more friendly, was nicer to sit outside than inside, i would give it 5/10 for effort
