A lovely waiter greeted me at the door, and I was welcomed into Betty’s signature kitsch interior. I couldn’t go past the Shroom Burger and onion rings, which were just as incredible as I recall from their Gold Coast store. The simplicity and fresh ingredients are what set this chain apart from others. Not cheap, but worth the indulgence.
