A great addition to Topham Mall. They offer a range of breakfast pockets, black sesame buns, rice bowls, rolls, soups and sweets. On this occasion I needed the comfort of ramen so I went with the spicy miso ramen. The broth was delicious but the stand out was the pork belly – it just dissolved in my mouth it was so tender. The fresh bamboo shoots were a nice addition too. My friend’s black sesame buns looked good and there were no complaints there.
