Always good and delicious. Would definitely go back for more. Dessert elements are all special and the cost. Staff are always friendly and helpful that you can feel. It was almost closing time when I went to get a cake and the staff still smiling and waiting patiently when I decided on which cake to get

I just love walking into Dolce & Co to see the amazing architecture of the kitchen as well as the ultra-creative desserts. The coffee was pretty good, but not the best and on two occasions the staff weren’t that friendly, which is disappointing when you’re being so complimentary about the cakes and the venue.

Great dessert, terrible service. Two friends and I went to Dolce & co. today. Was in awe by the desserts on offer at Dolce & co. I ordered a crme brulee and two scoops of chocolate brownie ice cream. The lady that served me was pleasant, she didn’t normally serve at the front and explained that. We ordered take away because there were two people were occupying the window and one occupying the wall, there was no where for us to sit. She was really slow but nice. A second girl popped out and was taking orders and taking over what the first girl was doing. She said she would do my ice cream order while the first lady did my friends. I said I got two scoops of the chocolate brownie ice cream. She looked and said they didn’t have any. I asked for a refund because I didn’t want anything else and she just glared at me and rolled her eyes. We were waiting for my last friend to get served when it must have been the owner or manager turned around from where she was sitting at the window with someone and started yelling at a girl that was sitting in the office area. Telling her essentially stop being lazy and stop sitting down. Then she started telling off the second roll-ey eyed glare-y girl for doing nothing. Not too sure what I think of the staff, but the crme brulee wasn’t bad. Thumbs up for the dessert.

Chocolate extravaganza. Choc Aztec’s my fave closely followed by any of the truffled chocolate concoctions. Coffee’s blech though. Service is slow–they’ve got a few devoted regulars/relo’s/friends who drop by and chat up the staff and hold up everybody else. There’s usually just one person behind the counter and I’ve had the misfortune on two visits to have this girl who just droned on and on while making coffee her neighbour while I went into hypoglycaemic coma….

Decadent. I ordered 120 cake pops for a client party. I went over on two occaions to discuss the special order – flavours, colours, even discussing ideas for how to display them. Excellent follow up and communication, and I probably don’t even need to comment on the pops themselves (yummy.)Guests raved about them for both the unique presentation and how delicious they were. A huge hit.
