This restaurant was a blatant scam. I am not exaggerating. We went for a special night out at a relatively expensive restaurant, expecting to receive excellent food for the little bit extra money.We ordered sushi that was supposed to be for 2-3 people, according to the menu. When it came, we couldn’t believe how small the amount was for over $40. There was enough for a small entree each. It was good but not mind-blowing like the price was.We ordered both wagyu beef and chicken. We had to cook it ourselves over the fire. For about twice the price of an entree in many restaurants, there were 4 really tiny little pieces of beef each, 8 in total. It wasn’t even tender let alone special and there was hardly any sauce supplied with it, certainly not enough to make it taste great. The chicken was just 8 small pieces of raw chicken with a tiny bit of sauce supplied. There was nothing special about this either and for over $10, it was incredible. They didn’t even have to cook it!We left feeling like we had eaten an entree, although we had spent about $45 each, and went down the road for some dumplings to get a quick meal.The servers were nice enough but not really professional like you would expect for the price.For the price, this place was a complete and utter rip off. We will never go there again and we will warn everyone we know about it.
