Subpar food which may need a lot of work. Korea Jung is one of those places which I believe must have been dishing up great food before all these other Korean restaurants started opening up both in, and out of the city. So it saddens me that the quality of their food isn’t up to scratch, but the owners seem reluctant to make change, and are just comfortable with running with how things are. The banchan (side dishes) served is also very lacking as you can see, and the vegetables in my bulgogi rice dish was barely cooked through. Nevertheless, I do hope they put more love and care into their cooking because I would like to see this restaurant thrive.
