Thank you for a lovely evening last Sunday that I had with my mum, our scotch fillet mains were perfect. Kudos to the waiter for his recommendation of our wines that complimented our meal splendidly! Only thing I would comment is that it would be nice to have some music in the background. May be very minor but will definitely recommend to anyone regardless. Definitely will come back again!

This Wine bar has a sensational rustic, yet intimate setting and was completely booked out by the time we left! The minute you walk in your served with class, attention and detail in every aspect.Im a little annoyed with myself for only just discovering this incredible gem!The food was to die for, the pre-entree house made lavosh crackers and olive tapenade was pleasantly welcomed. The entree dishes served were all generous portions and all of the finest qualities.I selected the kangaroo carpaccio well the chefs couldnt have done it better. And then we had the mains, and not many places in Adel serve ribs, but my god! They were incredible! So much so the meat was literally falling off the bone and I didnt at all need to touch them myself! I dont think iv ever experienced that with Ribs! The polenta chips were a little questionable I definitely could have done without them.Cant wait to order the pork belly because that was said to be faultless too but all In allI WILL BE BACK Without a doubt.

We were served by a gentleman with exceptional service making us feel very welcome. We ordered the rump steak, salmon and a side serve of fries. The fries were a very large serve (too much for the 2 of us) full of crunchy shoestring fries (I hate places that advertise fries & serve chunky chips), the tomatoe sauce relish was yum.Steal was perfectly cooked making a leaner rump steak still juicy.Salmon was a little overcooked and skin was limp and not crispy, together with an over drizzle of oil, made it a very heavy dish. Overall this was the shortfall of the meal. The 3 dishes we ordered all need a slight more seasoning which would have excelled the final score of the meals.

Went here with a group of friends for a birthday dinner. Have to say I was pretty impressed. Interior fitout is classy. The service from the wait staff was exceptional. Wine list is extensive and reasonably well priced. And everyone enjoyed their meals. I had the goat ragout and it was delicious. Will go back.

I stumbled across these photos and realised I had not done this review! Oopsy, so it’s a bit late, but as the saying goes! This is a gorgeous boutique hotel with an amazing wine list. The service was outstanding and nothing was too much bother, very professional. The meals were very good, few misses on the desserts, but all round very nice. Smoked oysters and side potatoes uber delicious. Prices are on the higher scale of hotel pricing, which sometimes is a concern for me, knowing I could go to a fine dining restaurant for similar prices. I would probably return for the service, ambience and wine list!

Came back for the food with friends in the restaurantand had a great experience. Great food and excellent service all night. Brilliant wine list.A spilled glass of wine was dealt with professionally and with a minimum of fuss.

Hidden gem!!! Came here for Mother’s Day and it was absolutely sensational. Service, food, atmosphere was great. To start with olives and warm bread with butter. Has cured meats platter for entree, lamb rump and pork belly for main…wow what a delight! Dessert was a little disappointing (we had chocolate meringue, was too hard) but with quality of mains and service didn’t really matter. Wine recommendation by a manager was perfect to accompany our meals. Highly recommended!!
