This hidden gem is situated within the heart of Rundle Mall, I love this place for a quick fix me up juice, while also selling some bomb toasted bread with spinach and feta – which in fact I would highly recommend both, however I wasn’t as big of a fan on their raw desserts.
I am a regular customer of R+R, extremely friendly staff, juices are so YUMMY and refreshing, Salads are tasty and always taste fresh, Sandwiches variety is limited but the ones they have are so delicious especially the Smoked Salamon
I’ve never had their juices, but I absolutely love the range of salads here! There is so much to choose from, and they’re all really flavourful and delicious, but still healthy! It’s a really easy meal, and affordable for what you get in my opinion 🙂
Had the number one fruit juice – Ginger, carrot, pear, apple and pineapple. Juice was well balanced and staff were friendly look forward to coming back for lunch.
Yum!! The #2 fruit juice with lemon, lime, ginger, orange and grapefruit is so refreshing and not as sour as you’d expect (though I’m not opposed to super-tangy!). Lovely staff, cutlet decor and seating.
Salad of quinoa, mushroom, haloumi, and greens was filling. I chose the yoghurt and coriander dressing, which was one of four on offer. The flavours were nice, although haloumi isn’t as delicious after being cooked and refrigerated. Burgers and sandwiches look great, as do the raw treats displayed on their counter.
Very friendly staff and a good selection of healthy, fresh food. They have salads, wraps, even a vegan burger. The capsicum salad with quinoa, feta and cauliflower was full of flavour and very filling. It’s a great place to grab a quick, healthy meal. I’m yet to try their juices.
