Tay Do is a new addition to Flinders Street so my first visit required me to test the staples – the cold rolls and the pho. The prawn cold rolls were excellent – they looked beautiful and were packed with tasty things. The pho was equally as good – delicious broth with a good amount of meat and perfectly cooked noodles.
