Vietnamese cuisine is considered as one of the worlds best and healthiest cuisine and VietCharm does ensures this. First thing that you would notice when you enter the restaurant is the authenticity of Vietnamese culture that they have tried to showcase through the arrangements and decor that they have. Food served is equally delicious and fresh. I had Ginger chicken which was really amazing with freshest of the ingredients. I can say that because the crunch in every bite enhanced my taste buds. It was served in a hot iron pot which made it more exciting.Laksa is also worth trying…
The worst food and service in Adelaide. Total rip off. We came upon this dive of a joint in winter and just about broke our necks on the slippery wet entrance ( OH&S issue right there ). The theme of wet continued the stained wet ceilings and the smell of wet carpet by the toilets,? flooding? ( also really slippery ). No soap in restaurant toilets- . Waitress that could not understand English didn’t help. Food- frozen spring rolls – heated and served, cold rolls with mostly noodles, no fresh herb and 1 piece of pork or chicken, Vietnamese salad with old rubbery chicken and coleslaw salad mix, sizzling ?mongolian lamb with no sizzle and chewy, poor quality food overall, no Vietnamese beers available, fried ice-cream – the worst! Looks like they rolled it on carpet and plonked it frozen in a bowl?!? How this place is still open I don’t know. This is in no way a true representation of Vietnamese food.
