great food, great service and good prices. They have an extensive menu and yum cha. you will want to keep coming back and bringing your friends. The owner and staff are so friendly and lovely and will treat you like family on your return visits. Ample parking at rear of restaurant.

Decent tasty food at a good price, the sizzling chicken satay and the sizzling Mongolian beef are tasty. My partner got combination egg noodle which he liked, my only complait would be that the table we were seated at was a little dirty. The customer service was good though and we enjoy the complimentary prawn crackers and jelly dessert.
This has to be my favourite family owned Vietnamese restaurant. The food is always fresh and full of flavour. They have a hugh variety of dishes to choose from. The staff are friendly especially Hung the Manager who always makes you feel very welcome. I will definitely be going again and again.
Food was quite good and staff were friendly. To be fair we came during a time that wasn’t crowded, so the staff were very attentive. We ordered from the lunch special menu, which included lemon grass chicken that was great, and excellent fried rice. The broken rice was also enjoyable and the atmosphere was pleasant.
We went to Tan Nhu Y for a Sunday dimsum, but was quickly disappointed as there weren’t any carts being pushed around. Then again, that was probably expected as its a fusion restaurant. The steamed golden buns were good, but the lotus rice weren’t as fragrant as expected. The food in general; dumplings, siu mai and rice noodles were good. All in all an alright experience but probably not going back for just dim sum.
Dinner time. Having dinner with some friends. Their dinner set is worth to try, which including steam rice and soup. A list of dishes you can choose from, I would say quite a lot of different dishes. Nice try!
