Please guys.a smile would really make a big difference to the experience of ordering here.the food is good but a greeting and a smile goes a long way too.it appears to me and others that as long as you get the customer and the money that is all you are interested in.Please be nice and friend.dont force us to go elsewhere!
Used to have the best chips. For the last 10 years botanic chicken has served me not only the best chips in Blackwood but anywhere… until today. The chips are now soggy and not cooked for long enough.I’m gathering the place has been taken over due to the new faces, pity they were not shown how to cook the chips botanic style. A neighbour who absolutely loved the chips there has confirmed my fears with her own recent bag of soggy chips.
