  Our first visit to this newly revamped cafe. When I booked the girl who took my booking asked if we would like to sit out on the decking which was a really lovely touch as it was a glorious morning with a fantastic view of the beach. The menu offered a good choice of breakfast selections and lots of drink choices. I enjoyed the Deja Vu Breakfast with bacon, eggs, mushrooms, grilled tomato etc, while my Brunch Buddy enjoyed the Eggs Benedict. They were very accommodating with our requests when I asked for poached eggs instead of scrambled and my buddy asked for the hollandaise sauce on the side and cracked pepper and tomato sauce. We also had a Hot Chocolate each. I enjoyed my Hot Chocolate so much it didn’t even touch the sides before it was gone. The place was packed with lots of people and large family groups enjoying a lovely day but they must have installed sound proofing as the acoustics was good and although there were loads of people the noise level did not reverberate or echo so you could actually hear yourself speak. I would have scored higher except that the time to receive our meals was a little slow but this could have been due to the number of people they were serving, but today this did not matter to us as we had nowhere else to go and it was a lovely relaxing morning. The only other negative was that when we arrived and were given our menus we were not told to come back to order so would have been sat there for ages if we had not gotten up and ordered ourselves after no one came to take our order. Other than that we had a nice time. Good job guys, we will definitely be back.

  Stopped in here for coffee with a client. The service was friendly and the coffee was ok, soy milk was cooked well. Selection of non dairy milks available.
