We loved our dinner at Indii. Friendly and fun service plus the food was really delicious. We tried the Punjabi ‘smokey’ butter chicken, beef madras and mutter paneer and all three dishes were fabulous. A great find and highly recommended.
We stopped in for lunch while in Clare. This is a lovely restaurant that looks great. Lots of space between the tables which meant that we could easily have a conversation. They have a lunch menu with a variety of options but I went for the Thali which meant I could try 3 curries, rice, naan bread and a pappadam. The curries of the day were rogan josh, goat curry and butter chicken. The standard Thali comes with a plain naan but for a small surcharge you can pick whichever bread you like. Everything was delicious.
Every dish I’ve tried has been amazing. Great atmosphere for dining in and perfect for takeaway. Delivery option is also handy. Tandoori lamb cutlets in the mixed grill are delicious!
I had a chance to visit beautiful Clare and I took my family for dinner at Indii. OK, firstly, I like Indian food because it is so tasty and everyone seems to cook it beautifully. I think the margin of error is quite high since the coconut milk binds the flavours together. Indii is no different. The food was so tasty and we had to order more rice to finish the dishes. I tried saffron rice, lemon+coconut rice, lamb rogan josh, butter chicken, prawn dish (forgot the name) and naan+dips and we were all very happy. The staff were super friendly as well. Do not miss it if you go to Clare.
Fantastic dinner. Quality A1. Good size serves. Our family could find no fault. If you’re looking for a place to have dinner in the Clare valley this would have to rate highly.
