This place is a gem in the suburbs.. Always tasty and yummy. Which ever u choose take away or eat in u won’t be disappointed.. Good job keep up the good work..
Feeling, the end of a nasty hangover so we felt like something fresh and tasty. We had no idea what to expect when we ordered take-away from Sumac. Well, we are incredibly impressed and just so full we are both entering food comas. The big man had the mixed wrap and I went with the trio of dips and the fattoush salad, adding a side of Zaatar mozzarella and haloumi. For the price you get a generous and delicious serve of dips, loved, loved, loved the babaganoush! Smoky, spicy and had a melt in your mouth texture. The fattoush perfection, fresh and colourful. The mixed wrap which was so heavy, was devoured by the big man, I can understand why delicious chunks of meat, no fatty bits and the perfect ratio of salad with a fresh wrap barely containing the delicious insides.Once again try this place!! You will be very happy!!!!
Fantastic falafels! Much better than average, as with the hommus and baba ganoush. Authentic Turkish food, and such good value for money. Highly recommended!
We have been talking about getting takeaway from this local for ages. We seriously should have gone here sooner!!! It was amazing!!! We chose the shaslik platter. All of the meat was delicious, and the baba ganoush soooo deliciously addictive. It was great to have a salad that was tasty and not like many of our standard salads we come across. Very filling, couldn’t finish platter between us and actually ate more than we really needed to but it was just too good to resist
Amazing falafel platter and the baba ganoush is out of this world. Hummus not bad either. Only let down is the bread which is never warm or particularly fresh tasting
Great value, tasty food and gluten free pizzas too. They have this delicious turkish sausage pizza that tasted different from anything I’ve ever had in Australia before.
