Not the place to go for Instagram-worthy dishes, but its big on flavour and doesnt dent the wallet. They also have seafood dumplings on the menu, which I dont see too often Serving sizes are big. The decor is a bit tacky and worn, but I dont expect much more for the price. The family who owns this place are friendly.
It’s crazy to me that the rating for this restaurant is so low, the food is very tasty and the cooking style especially on some dishes is very authentic. This is a very popular restaurant with the Chinese community which is always a good sign of authentic food. There is another side to the menu other than what’s posted on here, I’ll have to take a photo of it next time I’m in.
I dont know how this restaurant has such a low rating. Good range of food. Service is okay, sometimes feels abrupt and distant, but its not the service you are going for! The food is authentic, delicious and addictive! Been here several times and have tried many of the dishes! They all make me want to come back and try more! Chili long beans, a cabbage dish (name slips my mind) and the Japanese style katsu are stand outs for me! Worth a visit if you work or live nearby!
Authentic, cheap and delicious Chinese food! Best hot and sour cold noodles (Liangpi) in Adelaide. Frequented by loads of Chinese people – always a sign of a good, authentic Chinese restaurant. Servings are quite large – be prepared to eat until you burst or take away what you can’t finish.
Stopped here yesterday for a quick bite after shopping and was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food in this unassuming suburban location. The salt and pepper tofu was the best I have ever had. A generous serving with a crispy and flavourful exterior and the softest, pillowy interior. Just delicious. The service was friendly and typical of a small, family run eatery. We will be back to try the salt and pepper eggplant soon!
Probably the best dumplings west of the city . If you’re in the area it’s worth checking out, the servings are plentiful and cheap . Not the place to go if you’re after Kung Pao chicken but if you’re after dishes that Chinese people eat then it’s the right place
