By tram to Glenelg for some Monday lunch seafood. Fitout looks modern and stylish. Thought brown paper over black tablecloths looked so stylish. Warm welcome by staff and good service. Good wine list from which I chose a Lane Pinot Gris. Happy also to see they have Lauretana sparkling water. So I ate:Coffin Bay Oysters. (Fresh with a mineral edge)Calamari. King George Whiting. (Lightly grilled preserving delicate fresh flavour).Great to be so satisfied with my choice.
