  The unacceptable service from Thai restaurant and the way of the restaurant owner treat the customer which you cannot find from any restaurant in the world.I went to the Natee Thai restaurant with my friend.The restaurant owner tagged at the counter where to order and where to pay the money. I followed every sequence the owner stated. I and my friend walked to the counter and ordered Pad Thai Chicken no beansprout. Then, the owner asked me that, what I wanted if I did not want to add beansprout. I said, just reduced the amount of the vegetable. Then, the owner said, or you needed the veggie Pad Thai without the noodle. At that time, I started wondering that I just wanted to reduce the amount of the vegetable, why the owner said something like Pad Thai without the meat and noodle, it became the fried vegetable instead of Pad Thai. Finally, so just did not add the beansprout. Then, my friend ordered fried rice with chicken without the broccoli. Then, the owner started asking that there was no other vegetable. My friend said, there are many other vegetables identified in the menu. The owner did not say anything. My friend tried to find out this solution by saying that it was fine, just did what you used to do because the appearance of the owner showed the displeasure. At that time, we thought that we wanted to eat first before we were so hungry. Then, my friend went to pay the money. The owner threw tens of coin for the change. I and my friend looked at each other and wondered what made the owner upset. We went to the table and wait for the food. The owner walked to our table and asked us that did we work at the next massage shop. I smiled and said no. The owner continued asking that what we did here and I answered that I came to see my husband at wok in a box rastaurantThe owners asked what he doing at wok in a box rastaurant Then, my friend answered that her husband was the owner of wok in a box rastaurant .The Natee Thai owner she said why dont you eat at that restaurant, why did you come here? The menu you ordered are available there as well (I started thinking that I want to try other restaurants not only own restaurant). I wondered that what the owner wanted from me to make her said like that. However, I tried to control myself and politely asked her that, sorry, did we say anything rude to you? If yes, we will apologize to you. After that, the owner said, it was not your business. Your friend looked aggressive. We looked at each other. Then, the owner said no food for you and get back your money before throwing the money on the table.I was so embarrassed because tourists over there started looking at us. They did not understand what we were talking and did not know what happen and I did not want to explain in English at that time. When we were out and met other friends. They told us about something like this and said they were not surprised because it happened repletely.From my observation, the way they treat Asian or local and European customers is totally different. In fact, if we meet Thai people in the foreign country, we will be happy and pleased to help. I do not understand the way the owner at the Natee thai restaurant thinks but I want to tell the owner that you are not suitable for managing the restaurant or other services anymore. This is the extremely bad experience from Natee thai Glenelg

  Bought Tom Kha Kai TAKE AWAY (a soup, described on menu with chicken and mushrooms) WHAT a joke! Five thinly sliced pieces of chicken and NOT EVEN ONE mushroom???? Seriously, this was beyond disappointing at a cost of……wait for it…..$16….. for a bowl of broth?

  Travel from Melbourne, try this Thai food in Glenelg. Very good location and very nice food. Tried this pad Thai with beef. Like it. Will try other food next time come here.
