If you want value for money..its not here disappointed with food and service although you do get a lot of attention from the pigeons make sure u know what your paying for lots of sneaky add ons
My friends and I came here and we all ordered the Mucho Veggie.The service was really quick and the burritos were good! Their filling is different than most other mexican/burrito places, like it had some veggies like broccoli & zucchini for example, and I really enjoyed that aspect. Prices are good too!My only criticism is that they should offer double guac, rice & beans for vegans like Zambrero’s do. Otherwise a solid 9/10! laikenrichelle.weebly.com
Giving it a 4 because it is usually consistently good, especially compared to the Marion store (yuck). However some times we’ve had soggy chips and undercooked vegetables. It is what it is though, fast food.
The problem I have with Salsas, the staff use their gloved hand on the register, handling other things, wiping their gloved hands on their apron and then they handle food with their gloved hand and straight into the salad etc without changing into a new pair of gloves. They have crossed contaminated the burrito they were making all the salads that they dip their dirty gloved hand into. Yak …… no food safety.
Love their bowls. I’ve tried the 14 hour, mucho protein and the chicken quinoa bowls and have enjoyed them all. I liked it so much I joined their loyalty program.
The food was fine (for what it is- simple fast food) but we waited over 30mins for a burrito. The staff were in no hurry despite the line of people waiting (carefully placing chips individually in baskets) and there was no apology for the length of weight.
The first time we visited Salsas at Glenelg it mediocre but the second time was abysmal. My boyfriend’s tacos had barely more than a table spoon of ingredients and both of our burritos were limp and lacking. Without enough filling there was far too much bread. Overall, we were very disappointed and had to console ourselves with ice-cream afterwards.
