Tasty waffles with good texture. Portions were generous and I didn’t mind it being served in a plastic takeaway container – just take it down to the beach and enjoy the view. Staff were friendly and the food came out fairly quickly. You can choose to have gelato instead of soft serve. The gelato was smooth and again, the portion was generous (two scoops!).
I would have preferred to try one of their sweet waffle options but being early morning, I opted for a savory crepe instead. As pictured, you get two crepes. They were extremely filling, one would have been more than enough. With the tomato, ham and cheese crepe I had, there was an overload of stringy cheese. I normally love cheese and can’t get enough of it but even then I thought it was too much. The salmon and mayo crepe my partner had was a nicer option.
