My partner and I came here while on holiday from Melbourne. Must say, this was the best chips and gravy. I don’t normally eat gravy unless homemade but this was so full of flavour. Would recommend coming here!!
The fish tastes fresh and they have a great range of gluten free options. Service can be a little slow sometimes and they are often out of stock in crumbed prawns however I will always go back.
We have chicken burgers and chips fairly regularly (monthly) from this shop since it has opened. The service and food is quite inconsistent. We’ve had some great burgers from here and chips are generally pretty good. However tonight we ordered via phone and we’re told it was a 20 min wait. We got here 20 mins later and waited a further 20 mins for what amounted to soggy and lukewarm chips and an average burger that wasn’t started until we were there waiting. Need to be consistent….
Love this place! I frequent here, and have never been disappointed. I love the shredded chicken pack, chips are always fresh… Great friendly service too.
Unfortunately food was not great. Food tasted stale and I am not sure if I was accidentally given gluten free bread or something? Produce didn’t seem fresh to me. Lovely staff – service was all good.
Save your money and your appetite! Cannot stand venues that are blind to how horrible their service and food is! Once is definitely enough!!!
Replaced the old chip shop, the food is nice…limited selection for a chip shop. On the higher end regarding price- 8.95 for a chicken burger. Would go back just for the sweet potato chips.
