We called in for coffee and cake Sunday 5/8/2018. Two staff were in attendance, older lady who was pleasant with a smile. The younger of the two served us.Ordered two take away coffees and a choc chip muffin. The muffin was clearly a few days old as the server advised should would pop it in the microwave to soften up! This made it edible but no more pleasant. Unfortunately, the coffee was also the weakest and most flavorless beverage I have tasted for years. This was basically just boiling water in a cup. I burnt my tongue on mine and told my partner to hold off drinking his. I ended up throwing mine away and after he had a few sips of his he did the same. I called this morning – 6/8/2018 and asked for the owner just to give him the heads up that we had a bad experience there on the weekend and was met with the most horrendous, foreign lady who stated that the owner would not take my call and hung up the phone on me! Deplorable service and we will never be going there again. Disappointing service and quality.
