These guys are absolutely stupid!!!! Screwed the order up even though I repeated it twice. And forgot to put all sauce on burger so it’s as dry as a bloody desert. Last time they missed out my whole meal. Shocking customer service!!!! Only reason we go here is for my partners chips and gravy. From now on he can get that himself I’m off elsewhere
Phone order said 10 mins. We went to the counter and paid….Waited 30 mins for food! Then went to check if it was ready and they asked me if i told them i was there. I said i paid when i walked in. My order was ready and they never called it out!!! Will never go back! Bad service!
A bad day Im sure but rang for a takeawy order because we had guests and wanted to cut time. We where told 10.minutes. arrived 15 minutes later. Order not even started yet! Only 2 others waiting. Sat for 10 more minutes. Alot of people come in and order. We watch the very junior team have fun, chat, chat and chat some more. Eventually people start to get orders. Seriously one person waits longer than us for a small chips!! A ladywho came in 5 minutes after us gets her very large order. Ive had enough and ask.girl loks and low and behild there it is. Waiting and getting cold. I ask her what issue was. Dont they take phone orders? She says yes but they wait to cook chips. I say but you told me 10.minutes 29 minutes ago and that lady got her order after 5 minutes. I heard our order being called by the chips cooker although at time i didnt realise it was ours, but the staff where to busy having fun to hear it. Giving you a 1 tonight. Our chips wjere cold and when i rang to tell you you left me on hold till i hung up.
Not impressed at all with the food, ordered a yiros and it was very bland and meat was tough. Clueless juniors are also working here and closing time is 8.30. When I rang at 8.15 they were angry they had to cook and mentioned to me that I realise we close at 8.30
ordered a few schnitzel packs from here and cannot complain. Decent size, only problem is that they are going up in price in the last few years and surprisingly other options such as indian, vietnamese or thai are now cheaper. Also when I rang they said hold the line and I had to wait 5mins+
Ordered a seafood pack and was charged $19.50, we grabbed 2 cans of drink but when we picked up our food the cashier said we didnt pay for the cans. Told her they are included in the meal on their menu she said that meal is $21.90 and i would have to pay the extra. No problem with that but she wouldnt let me put it on card because $5 charge, said i could also pay $3 per drink instead. Rubbish service, cheated out of my meal and chips were shit.
Definitely better than most fish/chicken and chip shops in the area, but very overpriced… Apparently they once did fries and I’ve heard they were really nice but unfortunately I missed out.
