Ive been going to this restaurant for well over a decade now and it has always been constant. The duck dishes are always my favourite and there has never been a time where i can say the quality has not been there
My family has been going here for at least 10 years now and the food is always really good, yet to be disappointed. My favourite dish would be the duck with jellyfish or the steamed fish!
Food was cold!!!. Ordered $68 worth of takeaway tonight and was told it would be a 25 minute wait. Collected our food after 30 minutes and it was all stone cold. Steamed rice was complete mush and we were unable to eat it. Soft shell crab was absolutely disgusting. Only thing good about this meal was the prawn crackers. Unable to consume the food so left with overly excessive waste and still hungry. Will never return!!
This restaurant definitely need renovation. Service and food ok . Very standard and ok for money.
Pretty average Chinese food. The food here is pretty average Chinese restaurant food. Nothing really stands out in the menu. Oh, and I found a dead ant in my raspberry sauce on my cheesecake for dessert.
Ask for the Chinese menu!!. When you arrive off the street 🙂 and are not of obvious Asian descent, you will likely (and disappointingly in this day and age) be given the western menu with pedestrian offerings like sweet and sour pork, lemon chicken etc etc etc BUT ask for the Chinese menu and another world of dishes are available including the soft, silky yet spicy mapo tofu; luscious Peking roast duck in various forms; eggplant chicken hotpot etc. (and lots of dishes involving jellyfish and feet which we shy away from). The decor is average but its a good option for interesting traditional Chinese food in the suburbs.
Excellent value. Great food for the price. Service isn’t anything special, but given the prices it’s hardly worth complaining about. One of the best value Chinese restaurants in Adelaide.
