Now known as Amanda’s Takeaway this shop offers a range of snacks and meals to be eaten in or takeaway.Service is good.I came here for some quick snacks to go including Potato Fritter, Corn Jack, and Southern Fried Chicken. It sated my appetite. No fuss food.
Loved the fish & chips here at this little takeaway. Was looking for fresh & that is what we got. Succulent whiting with crunchy batter & chips to match. Seems like we lived on fish & chips but it is an island after all!!
Wow! The batter for the fish was unreal. It was crispy and light and even when we took it back to the accommodation to enjoy, it was still crispy! Fish were fresh and the chips was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside! Delightful food!
Good coffee. Had a macchiato – pretty decent despite humble fit-out
Chips were ok but the hotdog was luke warm and the bun was very thin and soaked in sauce. Won’t be back.
