Found this place whilst walking along the main shopping street. Found it quite pleasing. Service was polite. The panini’s and wraps are tasty and their cakes are made with more pride and care than other take-away/bakeries on the same street. Good seating in shade on the street also.
Not many options open for breakfast so we stopped by this cafe doing double duty as a newsagent/bookstore. It is an order at the counter affair and they’ll bring out your order. Very friendly service.We kind of gasped at the prices they were charging but we felt much better once we received the meals. We had ordered Bacon & Eggs which came with your choice of eggs, and tomato on milk loaf toast. The eggs were scrambled for me and cooked well. Loved the toast it was served with. Plenty of bacon too. My friend had the Scrambled Eggs which was served on the milk loaf toast too. For only $1 difference, it is definitely worth getting the Bacon & Eggs with the addition of bacon and tomato.

Cassidy & Sneakers – We stopped here for a quick lunch to get some burger and fries (don’t you tell me no lies) and it was very underwhelming, pretty average. Bulk of the service was left in the hands of what appeared to be 15 year old children. To be honest, we didn’t even finish our burgers. I guess this is another place that can survive off of unsuspecting tourists and loyal locals.
