Tuna Mornay, chips with tomato sauce, quiche and salad, ham and pineapple doorstops…. It’s all here, just like it was in the ’80s and done pretty well.To be fair they also do a smattering of more modern numbers like Eggs Benedict, smashed avo and Pumpkin Leek and brie tart.Busy with the older set of Mitcham who clearly love it.
Staff is definitely friendly and the coffee and cold drinks are great.. But I am a bit disappointed and kinda confused about the food. I had the Beef Burger, which would have been good, if they used a real beef paddy instead of a supermarket frozen one. My Partner had a Ranch Salad which was great, by why did it have wedges in it?
