They did not honour the entertainment book voucher and we were told this after ordering. Literally had a stand off with the owners for half an hour until we had to walk out with no food. They were more than happy to let the food go to waste. How cooked are these guys lol
Absolutely horrible experience. We had ordered and was wanting to use the entertainment book. They denied this when we went to pick up the food purely because it was ‘take away’ it DOES NOT say that anywhere in the terms and conditions and we were treated as second class citizens. The owners fought with myself and my partner which was highly embarrassing. I would not recommend this to anyone.
The service was terrible, the food was awful, we found hair in two of our dishes that we waited over an hour for! We had an entertainment voucher which said valid any time however were told that it was not valid tonight because it waS Valentines Day! Will definitely not be returning anytime soon, and would recommend this restaurant to anyone
