I have found the staff friendly and the food pretty decent but the owner still has a $15 minimum purchase for card transactions. The terms and conditions of his commonwealth eftpos machine state YOU CAN NOT HAVE A MINIMUM EFTPOS. I often don’t carry cash and don’t feel like being forced to spend $15 when I just want minimum chips so subsequently am unable to support an otherwise good local business.
Have lived in the area around Magill BBQ Chicken for 26 years and always buy from here. Hands down its the best chicken and chips ever. Every Christmas when they close for a few weeks we are forced to go elsewhere but nothing compares. Keep it up and don’t change a thing!

Fast and friendly service, reliably good quality, well cooked and tasty chicken, fish and chips. They have more or less the usual takeaway menu.
