Disappointed beyond belief. Annoyed and angry. I’ve never started a review out like this but after realising the two pizzas with garlic bread and drink was going to be $46 and noticing the family pizza, drink and garlic bread meal was $29.80 and swapping it for a half/half of the two large we were going to order….To be honest I am so angry I don’t even know how to write this review. The older lady who was obviously in charge continually chastised and put down the younger worker over making orders, not enough lettuce and accidentally adding a small pizza on top of our large (was meant to be a family) I was annoyed but thought it wasn’t my business. But my partner on walking out noticed the pizza was the wrong size. Having worked in a pizza store for a few years I thought I’d mention it and she would realise her error and simply discount or put us down for a free pizza next time, good customer service type stuff…this wasn’t the case.She proceeded to make up a story about me not being sure if two pizzas was too much food and telling me I didn’t order the family. She had belittled this young worker whilst we sat in the store and then had the gall to tell me that I had done the wrong thing. I really still don’t know what to think. I’ve heard about people like this, even seen them on Ramsay’s Kitchen Nightmares but had never had to deal with this myself. Please do yourself a favour and never go to this store.

I used to love this place and got pizzas from here all the time!!,What has happend :(But when i orderd i called up the lady who picked up didnt really seem to care and was quick to get off the phone (i understand that it may be busy) but without good customer service there are no customers, so i orderd there meal deal 2 and got a family gourmet pizza , for an extra $5. That is fine, but what isnt is getting a box of salt!. Way to much salt on the pizza and the marinated lamb was very fatty , me and my partner and friend could not finish it and have thrown half a pizza out because it is discusting. And i Unfortunatly can not call as they are closed.Will not be eating from here again,

Good pizza Terrible G Bread. Pizza was great, new to the area and its my new local. Something must be done about the garlic bread, seriously looks and tastes like the black and gold double pack. I actually think it is. Pizza joints seem to underestimate a good home made garlic bread, it ain’t hard!
The best pizza around the Unley/Mitcham area. I didnt think they were that expensive….
Great for singles. Living by myself, I don’t want to get a large pizza with loads of extras. $13 for a regular pizza with free garlic bread? Fine by me! The pizza had some burnt crunchy bits on top, and garlic bread had slightly burned bottom, but that’s exactly how I like my pizza.Staff were friendly, had a great phone manner even when I got tongue-tied and couldn’t get my words out. By the time I took the dog for a walk to the store, my food was ready. I’ll be returning.
Very disappointing. Always willing to try a new local business but after one order I will certainly not be back. Incredibly expensive for the poor quality of the pizza. Ordered the smoked salmon pizza which had a stingy couple of strips of salmon laid over a soggy mess of too much cheese and sauce making it impossible to hold a slice in your hand. A sloppy, soggy disappointing mess.
