I didn’t have high expectations for this restaurant but I’m glad I didn’t. We saw that it was $10 T-bone Wenesdays and thought we would seize such a great deal. What a disappointment. I thought we were off to a good start when we observed the salad bar and its lovely decor. When the steaks came out, we were delighted. This all immediately changed when we found ourselves spending the evening aggressively attacking the grisly steak with steak knife and chewing laboriously. As you can see in the pictures, the piece of cow was probably still mooing! We ordered medium rare but this was just taken too far. The dianne sauce didn’t help the situation either – it was too sweet and tasted something that came from a bottle. The chips and mushroom gravy were surprisingly good which accounted for some points. There just simply wasn’t any love shown and it was clearly evident in our dishes. With $13 you’re better off driving down to McQueens.
