Good burger, bad chocolate syrup milkshake. Set in a bike park which is interesting. It wasn’t busy on the night be attended, but service was fast
Great burgers here, just a simple burger made well. Soft bread that doesn’t take over the whole mouthful unlike some other burger places in Adelaide, beautifully cooked meat, and simple extras. It’s got a nice vibe with the pared-back decor and great coffee and desserts – there’s no other burger place where I can get a decent coffee. (Foundry has coffee, but the burgers are bland and bread-y.) And the chocolate cronut is great, so I’m sorted for dessert too.
Casual and relaxed atmosphere. We have indulged in burgers, mex salads and side dishes and they never disappoint. Happy to recommend for a quick snack and casual catch up whilst the kids are at Pumpt.
Ordered Sweet potato fries which were bland and undercooked. The popcorn chicken was just horrible, tasted like it had gone off yet had no actual flavour somehow. I wouldn’t give this food to criminals.
Interesting set up as its inside the same complex as a bmx/scooter park. Has a Nordburger feel to the place as you walk in. Tried the double boneburger and some sweet potato chips. Both were good. Chips were seasoned well though serving size was a bit on the small size. Burger patties were well cooked and juicy, secret sauce was nice. Reasonable prices too. I’m going to have to go back to try some other menu items which sounded good.
Boneshaker recently opened within an indoor BMX complex on Marion Road, which gives it a cool atmosphere with a bit of free entertainment throughout your meal. The staff were inviting and friendly and the food was incredible. I had the Crumbed Portobello Burger With a side of Tater Tots and just couldn’t get over how good it was. The beetroot relish was a great touch and the fact that it could be made vegan just made it even better. The only thing that could be improved is the opening hours during the week, with the restaurant closing at 7pm on weeknights. I’m hoping this changes as more people discover this new little gem in the western suburbs of Adelaide.
Such a different atmosphere at a cafe!! I sort of got a Nordbuger vibe when i entered, but while you eat and drink your coffees you can watch the talented kids do their tricks on the skate ramps. We went for brunch on a Sunday after seeing a photo of their pancakes on instagram. Such good prices, they were only about $10 for a stack of 3 fluffy pancakes with some caramelised banana! This was really the only breakfasty item on the menu, but I will definitely be back to try their other dishes! Staff were very friendly and checked in on us. Ample parking as well, didnt have to worry about street parking!
