I have been a customer to the Proprietor’s of CHARCOAL CHICKEN for a number of years at Marleston but first met them operating the Chicken Shop at Grange. The service and the various range of meals to chose from then and now are delicious. Highly recommend.
Very friendly staff. Best chicken in the area. Shop is tidy and very hygenic. Cash only is a hassle however. So many times we had to go to buy something else because we dont carry change around.they close pretty early too.
I’ve had takeaway here a number of times and have been happy with the food and service. The chickens and chips were well seasoned and cooked, and with reasonable prices. Sometimes the chicken gets too dry. They are sold out pretty quick at night so be early. Will pop back in every now and then for a quick roast chicken fix.
