Well this place might not like the other cellar door which is aesthetically beautiful, inviting, heritage building concept where people can experience the property itself, but that doesn’t mean they served an average wine and food. Well on this occasion I just had a coffee and desert because we had our course at different place before. We sat on the table and waitress came to take the order. I had moccha and beach road rocher, it’s a caramelised white chocolate cheesecake with a chocolate hazelnut base, hazelnut praline and waffer crumb. It was beautiful. I never had such a nice desert that delicate, delicious but doesn’t make you feel full or sick. So did the moccha. I definitely will come back to try the pizza and wine.
Stopped in for lunch and enjoyed both the food and the ambience! I had a salami pizza, and my partner had the trio of dips. It’s only an entree but it could have been a little larger, compared to other places. Washed down with a glass of sparkling Rose from the winery, the whole place was very relaxed and enjoyable. It was pretty busy too so we appreciated the fact they squeezed us in.
