Standout dish was definitely the mushroom risotto. So much flavour. Really rich. It had puffed buckwheat which added texture/crunch to otherwise creamy dish.The braised pork was really soft and the pickled carrots lightened up the dish nicely.Potato pancake was light and refreshing. Good flavour from pickled cucumber and citrus fennel.Dishes are small but they are well presented and tasty.
