Serafino – Believe the Hype, it’s all True.Brand new Executive Chef at Serafino and wow what changes he’s made.I walked in and on the table I see golden, perfectly, rounded knobs of butter. House churned butter with wine, topped with black salt. Do you have any idea how absolutely delicious this is? Served with house made warm bread and I’m done. Good experience! The restaurant is very modern and reasonably big! Good staff! The highlights were the zuppa Pavese and pork belly entree followed by the marron fettucini and fish of the day… The veal was slightly underwhelming despite the reviews I read. Their banoffee for the final course was great-grandchildren such good Kahlua ice cream. Good value with the entertainment card as well!
